San Rafael del Puente Romano es el m\u00e1s antiguo de los Triunfos de San Rafael existentes en la ciudad. Obra de Bernab\u00e9 G\u00f3mez del R\u00edo en 1651 fue incorporado al Puente Romano en su pretil, para bendecir a todos aquellos visitantes que sal\u00edan y entraban por la Puerta del Puente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es objeto de especial devoci\u00f3n por parte de los vecinos del Campo de la Verdad, al cual mantienen viva su llama, mediante ofrendas en forma de velas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Contiene dos l\u00e1pidas conmemorativas. La situada en el extremo inferior es del 19 de septiembre de 1789 y fue ofrecida por parte del gremio de curtidores al reci\u00e9n proclamado rey Carlos IV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
